- • As a Senior Mobile Flutter Engineer at TrueLogic, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing a media-focused mobile application for a cutting-edge AI-driven design and technology company, directly contributing to the evolution of digital experiences used by clients in high-impact industries such as automotive, healthcare, and finance.
- • Your work will involve refactoring legacy code, improving architecture, and building scalable, maintainable features using Flutter, ensuring the application remains performant, stable, and responsive across devices while supporting long-term product innovation.
- • You will join a distributed team of over 600 highly skilled tech professionals based across Latin America, collaborating with U.S.-based clients on transformative projects that drive digital disruption and innovation.

- • In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart), taking ownership of features or modules while improving code quality, scalability, and maintainability through modular architectures and shared libraries.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business goals in a remote, high-autonomy environment.
- • A key responsibility will be contributing to the refactoring and modernization of existing codebases, applying best practices to eliminate technical debt and enhance long-term maintainability without disrupting ongoing functionality.
- • You will work with SDK-style components and shared libraries to promote code reuse and consistency across the application, supporting scalable development practices.
- • Ensuring application performance, stability, and responsiveness will be critical, particularly in media-rich environments, requiring proactive monitoring, optimization, and effective communication of progress and blockers.
- • You will leverage your basic understanding of native mobile development (iOS/Android) to bridge gaps when needed, while advocating for Flutter best practices and guiding team decisions on architecture and tooling.
- • Through this role, you will deepen your expertise in Flutter and Dart, gain hands-on experience with complex media-heavy applications, and strengthen your ability to lead technical initiatives in distributed teams.
