📋 Description

• Lead .Net Support Engineer responsible for Tier 3 production support in Comcast Advertising’s advanced ad tech ecosystem, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems powering multiscreen TV advertising.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading Tier 3 engagement during major platform releases, providing full-stack troubleshooting and root cause analysis for medium to complex issues, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with development and cross-functional teams to resolve customer-impacting problems.
• Part of Comcast Advertising’s FreeWheel division, a leader in adtech innovation that enables seamless buying and selling of premium video advertising across screens, data types, and sales channels, serving 35+ million subscribers across 66 markets.
• Opportunity to deepen expertise in .Net, Azure, SQL, Mulesoft, and full-stack environments while developing leadership and mentoring skills in a fast-paced, high-impact technology environment focused on data-driven TV advertising solutions.
