- • Lead, Office of the Chairman is a high-impact, strategic role serving as a direct extension of the Chairman to drive critical initiatives including US market entry, hiring, fundraising, and operational setup.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include working directly with the Chairman to execute US expansion strategy, building and executing hiring plans for high-caliber talent, supporting fundraising through material preparation and investor coordination, establishing US operations including office setup and vendor management, driving external positioning via PR and partnerships, turning ambiguous ideas into actionable plans, acting as a central operator across teams to track priorities and resolve bottlenecks, and handling high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed and sound judgment.
- • Bjak Sdn. Bhd. is building A1, a proactive AI chat app designed to bring intelligence into everyday conversations, errands, organization, and workflows, with a focus on high reliability in long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task execution. The company operates with high talent density, rapid decision-making, and a hands-on culture that values independence, judgment, and execution in ambiguous environments.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in startup scaling, cross-functional leadership, and high-stakes execution across strategy, talent acquisition, fundraising, and operations. You will gain direct exposure to founder-level decision-making, build a track record of turning ambiguity into results, and shape the foundational systems of a company entering a new market — accelerating your growth as a strategic operator and generalist leader.
