📋 Description

• • Lead, Office of the Chairman is a high-impact, strategic role serving as a direct extension of the Chairman to drive critical initiatives including China market entry, hiring, fundraising, and operational setup.
• • Day to day, the person will work closely with the Chairman to execute strategy, source and close top talent, prepare fundraising materials, establish company presence in China, manage external partnerships, and resolve high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed and judgment.
• • Bjak Sdn. Bhd. is building A1, a proactive AI chat app focused on reliability, persistent context, and real-world task execution, operating with high talent density, rapid decision-making, and a hands-on, execution-driven culture.
• • The person will gain exposure to senior leadership, develop end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives, and build expertise in market entry, fundraising, talent acquisition, and operational scaling in a high-growth AI startup environment.
