- • Lead Onboarding & Process Analyst responsible for driving operational excellence in compliance and onboarding processes within the Legal Team at Playson Limited, ensuring precision and consistency in regulated gaming operations.
- • Independently manage end-to-end partner onboarding, execute due diligence activities, maintain documentation in centralized systems, support licensing applications and renewals, and assist with audit preparation by gathering and organizing required evidence.
- • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and business teams in a fast-paced international environment to optimize workflows, improve transparency, and ensure consistent application of processes across partners and jurisdictions.
- • Opportunity to identify process gaps, propose practical improvements, and develop expertise in regulatory compliance, licensing, and operational efficiency within the iGaming industry while contributing to audit readiness and cross-functional coordination.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in a regulated gaming environment is a MUST
- • Background in compliance, regulatory support, licensing, or operational roles within regulated industries
- • Experience with onboarding, due diligence, KYC/KYB, licensing support, audit support, or similar structured processes
- • Strong understanding of documentation requirements in regulated businesses
- • Experience maintaining trackers, repositories, logs, or structured databases
- • Ability to independently manage processes from start to finish with limited supervision
