- • Lead Payroll Implementation Consultant role focused on delivering tailored workforce management solutions for enterprise customers in hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors.
- • Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for new and existing payroll implementations, building strong customer relationships to ensure successful deployment and long-term satisfaction.
- • Collaborate with Consultants, Engineers & Architects in the Delivery Services team to design and implement transformative solutions that help customers grow into thriving workplaces.
- • Contribute to internal initiatives, drive process improvements, and innovate within the team while leveraging AI tools responsibly and creatively as part of Deputy’s AI-native commitment.
- • Support global customers across 100+ countries, helping Deputy serve over 1.5 million workers and 375,000 workplaces with compliant, productive, and engaging workforce management.
- • Work within a mission-driven company improving the world of work for hourly workers — from baristas to nurses — by putting people first and enabling businesses to thrive.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in payroll implementation or workforce management consulting, preferably within SaaS or enterprise environments.
- • Strong technical background with ability to develop and configure tailored solutions for complex customer needs.
- • Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills to guide customers through implementation lifecycles.
- • Experience working in delivery, consulting, or solutions teams serving global brands in hospitality, retail, or healthcare.
- • Familiarity with workforce management platforms and payroll systems integration.
- • Ability to drive process improvements and contribute to team innovation initiatives.
