- • As a Lead/Principal Product Manager for Audit Agents at Fieldguide Inc., you will play a central role in building the industry’s leading agentic financial audit platform, working hand-in-hand with engineers and strategic customers to design, ship, and continuously improve intelligent agents that transform how top audit firms operate.
- • You will build enterprise-grade AI agents that increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across each stage of the audit lifecycle from planning and risk assessment to audit execution and reporting; bring a fresh, AI-native mindset to solving long-standing industry challenges; define and ship zero-to-one features and enhance and scale one-to-n features; shape the product roadmap by working with engineering and product teams to quickly define, ship, and deliver impact; and partner with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback, communicate product strategy, and drive adoption.
- • Fieldguide is a remote-first company based in San Francisco, CA, backed by top investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Floodgate, Y Combinator, and others, dedicated to establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets by automating and streamlining the work of advisory, audit, and tax practitioners at the world’s largest CPA firms.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years experience in product management with deep emphasis on AI Agents
- • Experience building production agentic systems for complex workflows or domains
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
- • Comfortable with ambiguity which comes with launching new products
- • Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- • Experience as a Financial Audit Practitioner and/or building Financial Audit products for the CPA market is a plus
