- • As a Lead Product Manager at Bonterra Tech Holdings LLC, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Fundraising Experiences business unit, driving strategy and execution to deliver significant outcomes for nonprofit customers and their supporters.
- • This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on product management, where you will be accountable for identifying critical customer problems, developing impactful solutions, and achieving measurable customer and business results.
- • You will operate at the intersection of customer needs, business objectives, and technological possibilities, requiring exceptional product judgment, profound customer empathy, a strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making and experimentation, and the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams through complex and ambiguous challenges.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and evolve a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that is intrinsically aligned with Bonterra’s overarching mission and strategic business objectives.
- • You will be directly accountable for key product outcomes, including driving adoption, enhancing engagement, improving retention rates, and positively impacting revenue.
- • A core part of your role involves translating high-level company goals and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) into focused, actionable product initiatives with clearly defined success metrics.
- • You will lead a continuous product discovery process, working in close partnership with Design, Engineering, and Research teams.
- • This discovery process will involve conducting in-depth customer interviews, performing usability testing, analyzing product usage data, and designing and executing experiments to validate hypotheses.
- • Your efforts will focus on identifying and validating unmet customer needs and pain points, rigorously testing potential solutions, and ensuring that the products you deliver provide tangible value to both customers and the business.
- • You will cultivate a deep and nuanced understanding of the workflows, motivations, and constraints faced by nonprofit organizations across various customer segments.
- • You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to meticulously define product solutions, scope development work, and ensure iterative delivery of high-quality features.
- • Maintaining a well-organized and prioritized product backlog, with a steadfast focus on achieving desired outcomes rather than simply delivering output, will be crucial. You will be expected to make clear, informed trade-offs when necessary.
- • You will ensure that product requirements are articulated clearly, kept lightweight, and designed to empower development teams to move with speed and agility without compromising on quality.
- • A significant aspect of your role involves leveraging data, AI, and customer insights to inform all product decisions.
- • You will define, track, and analyze key product metrics, utilizing both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide prioritization and iterative improvements.
- • You will employ experimentation and robust analytics to rigorously evaluate product performance and shape future roadmap decisions.
- • You will actively contribute to Bonterra’s strategic use of AI-driven and data-informed capabilities, with a strong emphasis on responsible and customer-centric application of these technologies.
- • You will lead product launches effectively in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, ensuring strong market positioning and comprehensive enablement for go-to-market teams.
- • Post-launch, you will be responsible for gathering critical insights and continuously refining the product based on real-world customer feedback and performance data.
- • You will serve as a trusted product leader and subject-matter expert for your designated product area, influencing and guiding stakeholders.
- • You will communicate product strategy, progress, and insights clearly and persuasively to a diverse range of stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- • You will have opportunities to mentor and support junior product managers, actively contributing to the cultivation of a strong product culture that is deeply rooted in continuous learning and measurable impact.
- • This role offers the unique opportunity to work within the social good technology sector, directly contributing to an organization with a powerful mission to increase philanthropic impact.
