• As the Lead Product Manager for AI Speech, you will be instrumental in defining, guiding, and executing the comprehensive strategy, development, and successful launch of Rad AI’s most advanced, AI-driven Speech features. This pivotal role will involve leading a dedicated team that leverages our unique proprietary datasets, sophisticated deep learning models, and cutting-edge generative AI systems to drive measurable improvements in radiologist productivity and patient outcomes. You will be the central figure in translating complex AI capabilities into practical, high-value clinical tools.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass owning the entire product roadmap for AI-driven speech features and experiences, from the initial stages of ideation and conceptualization through to launch and continuous iteration. This involves working in close collaboration with our world-class machine learning engineers and data scientists to effectively translate advanced model capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly workflows that directly address the needs of radiologists. You will drive the end-to-end productization of our AI Speech-to-Text technology, which includes the critical aspects of model evaluation, ongoing performance monitoring, and the development of robust safety and explainability frameworks specifically designed for sensitive clinical environments.
• A significant part of your role will be to partner closely with our engineering and design teams to craft human-centric user experiences. The goal is to foster deep user trust in AI speech outputs and ensure seamless integration into existing radiology workflows, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency. You will be responsible for defining and rigorously tracking key success metrics, such as accuracy, latency, user adoption rates, and overall user satisfaction, to ensure our products are meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Direct engagement with our customers and practicing radiologists will be essential. You will conduct in-depth interviews and user research to thoroughly understand clinical pain points, gather feedback, and validate product hypotheses, ensuring our development efforts are always aligned with real-world needs. Furthermore, you will contribute significantly to Rad AI’s overarching company-wide AI strategy, playing a key role in shaping how we leverage large-scale data and generative AI models across all our product lines. This includes collaborating cross-functionally with regulatory, privacy, and security teams to guarantee that our AI systems consistently meet stringent healthcare compliance and safety standards, maintaining the highest levels of data integrity and patient privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically leading AI/ML or data-driven products in production environments.
• Proven track record of successfully building and launching AI-powered features at scale, preferably within enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycles, model evaluation techniques, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear product strategy, detailed technical requirements, and compelling user value propositions for both technical and business audiences.
• Highly collaborative and adept at working effectively with ML, data, and engineering teams, as well as clinicians and business stakeholders.
• Customer-obsessed mindset, driven by a passion for solving real clinical problems and improving human performance through intelligent systems.
