📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of cross-border, regional, and domestic payment rail integrations via API, SWIFT, and host-to-host connectivity.
• Translate bank specifications and business requirements into detailed product requirements, engineering stories, and delivery plans for payment system integrations.
• Drive integration testing, certification, and production go-live activities with global banking partners across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage the post-implementation lifecycle to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational stability of bank connectivity solutions.
• Define and monitor key integration KPIs including system reliability, reconciliation accuracy, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks and standardized patterns to accelerate future bank onboarding and reduce time-to-market.
• Partner closely with engineering squads during solution design, sprint planning, development, and release management cycles.
• Ensure all integrations meet stringent standards for resilience, observability, security, and operational readiness.
• Design and validate operational workflows and edge-case handling for distributed payment systems, including acknowledgements, status reporting, returns, reconciliation, and exception management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Product Managers through coaching, prioritization guidance, and career development support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Treasury, and Banking Partnerships teams to align on delivery priorities.
• Influence strategic decisions using data-driven insights and deep product expertise in global payments and banking ecosystems.
• Facilitate alignment across global, matrixed teams to ensure consistent and successful delivery outcomes.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage product delivery cycles and sprint execution.
• Maintain expertise in global payment messaging standards including SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022.
• Operate effectively within a fast-paced, global organization with distributed teams and external banking partners.
• Ensure compliance with operational workflows and regulatory expectations across international payment networks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of Product Management experience with significant exposure to payments, banking, fintech, or financial services
• Proven experience delivering bank integrations using SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host connectivity, or payment network integrations
• Strong understanding of payment processing lifecycles, reconciliation, settlement, and operational workflows
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring Product Managers
• Familiarity with payment messaging standards such as SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022
