• • Progressive Leasing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Manager to spearhead the development and enhancement of our Consumer Signing Experience. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring our mission of simplifying lease-to-own solutions is achieved. • • In this role, you will be a key player within Prog Tech, a team that embodies modernity and a transformational vision, dedicated to progressing through technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve solving complex problems with innovative solutions, leveraging sound judgment to assess risks, and crafting well-structured, data-informed narratives. A significant part of your role will be developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap, achieved through regular engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, including retailers and consumers. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, meticulously identifying business problems, mitigating risks, and validating proposed solutions through rigorous customer and market research. This includes defining clear use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria that precisely articulate the desired product functionality. You will also establish, in partnership with dependent teams, an iterative release schedule designed to deliver value and features to customers punctually and as promised. Managing stakeholder expectations will be crucial, requiring clear communication of timelines, blockers, successes, and failures. Furthermore, you will continuously analyze the performance of product features to identify areas for optimization and growth. Establishing organizational buy-in at all levels and maintaining robust communication channels across various functional areas will be essential for success.
