- • Lead Product Manager of Developer Experience at Klaviyo, responsible for crafting and driving the vision for the internal development environment to make engineers’ workflows faster, safer, and more joyful, directly impacting engineering velocity and product quality.
- • Define product strategy for Klaviyo’s developer environment aligned with the Need for Speed program, treating engineers as customers to identify pain points across the PDLC and prioritize investments that improve productivity and happiness.
- • Partner with Engineering leaders across Developer Infra, SRE, and product teams to institutionalize AI as a force multiplier, drive measurable outcomes like PR throughput and cycle time, champion quality and safety, scale tooling for the future, and build data-driven feedback loops.
- • Klaviyo is building a world-class, AI-first engineering organization that empowers creators through first-party data, offering a collaborative, inclusive culture where remarkable talent can do their best work with generous benefits and support.
- • The role requires 3 days/week in the San Francisco office (hybrid), with up to 10% travel for onboarding, partner work, and events; fully remote candidates are not being considered at this time.

- • Strategic Builder: Engineering leader turned Product thinker or Founder, or experience leading product for developer platforms, infrastructure, or tools with a track record of improving engineering velocity and reliability.
- • Developer-Centric Thinker: Deep empathy for engineers and proven experience making their workflows easier, faster, and safer.
- • AI-Forward Mindset: Understanding of AI’s transformative potential in software development and ability to separate hype from practical value.
- • Metrics-Oriented: Fluency in measuring success via engineering productivity, quality, and reliability metrics (e.g., PR throughput, CFR, incident rates, DevEx indices).
- • Influential Collaborator: Ability to partner with senior engineering leaders (Infra, SRE, QE, product teams) and influence without authority.
- • Bias for Action: Thrives in fast-moving environments, balances short-term wins with long-term strategy, and biases toward automation and self-service.
