📋 Description

• • Lead Product Manager (Generalist) at Zoe, responsible for turning complex nutritional science into life-changing habits by owning the core mobile experience and ensuring members understand their biology through an intuitive, scientifically rigorous product.
• • In the first 6 months, own delivery and strategic health of a major system or small domain impacting 1-2 squads, lead complex projects spanning 2+ teams to launch high-impact mobile features, and proactively identify and drive cross-team projects that move core business metrics.
• • Join the Product Management team reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, alongside 4 other Product Managers across the UK and EU, leading a cross-functional squad of engineers and product designers, and partnering with Science or Marketing teams to maintain evidence-based impact.
• • Solve complex, cross-functional problems impacting long-term health and growth; build roadmaps based on continuous user interviews and research; scale projects across 2+ teams to move mobile metrics to industry-leading benchmarks; collaborate as a strategic partner to SLT, translating executive vision into measurable organizational impact.
• • Develop expertise in high-growth mobile applications, consumer psychology, D2C habit loops, user research, experimentation, and startup-speed execution while contributing to health-tech innovation and team elevation.
