Lead Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • Lead the insurance product-operations team globally, building operational processes from scratch for Tide’s insurance offerings across the UK, India, and EU markets.
• • Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs, manage risk and issue resolution, and act as the primary point of contact for insurance partners through regular business reviews and performance tracking.
• • Collaborate with product, finance, risk, compliance, technology, and member support teams to ensure alignment, drive process improvements, and support data-informed prioritization decisions.
