- • Lead Professional Learning Specialist role focused on supporting educators in implementing Amplify’s literacy and STEM programs through high-quality professional development.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering training sessions (at least two days per week) to 30-40 educators, coaching a cohort of 20-40 contractor Professional Learning Specialists, and providing feedback based on session observations and survey data.
- • Part of Amplify’s Professional Development team, working to ensure successful program implementation across schools and districts nationwide, with a focus on improving teacher practice and student outcomes.
- • Opportunity to deepen expertise in Amplify’s curriculum, develop coaching and facilitation skills, contribute to product improvement through field feedback, and grow as a leader in educational professional learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of experience in teaching Pre-K to Grade 12
- • At least 2+ years of experience coaching educators in Pre-K to Grade 12
- • Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and experience applying them in adult learning experiences
- • Demonstrated ability to facilitate onsite and remote professional development for teachers and/or leaders
- • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- • High comfort with navigating ambiguity and responding to in-the-moment challenges
