📋 Description

• Lead Program Manager (PMO) at MUBI Limited, a global streaming service and film distributor dedicated to elevating great cinema, where you will establish the founding Program Management Office function from the ground up.
• Day to day, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs end to end, translate strategic goals into executable roadmaps with measurable milestones and dependencies, proactively manage risks and blockers, establish communication standards and review cadences, prepare actionable status updates for senior leadership, and partner with Product & Design, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Content & Programming, and Legal teams across London, New York, and remote locations.
• MUBI is a global team of brilliant, dedicated, and passionate people working to make great cinema accessible worldwide, with offices in London, New York, Istanbul, Paris, Berlin, and Mexico, and a culture that values rigour without bureaucracy and bottom-up process improvement.
• In this role, you will build credibility through delivery, define what 'good' looks like for program management at MUBI, grow the role into a lightweight program management practice, and have the potential to build and lead a small team as the PMO scales, all while earning trust by driving the organisation's hardest cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in program management with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to delivery
• Familiarity with software delivery workflows and the challenges of developer productivity in a scaling organisation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Self-starter who brings organisation and direction to ambiguous problem spaces
