- • Own and execute the end-to-end monetization strategy for Jiostar’s programmatic business, covering both open-exchange and private marketplace (PMP) / programmatic guaranteed (PG) deals across CTV, mobile and web inventory. You will set the 12-month roadmap, define quarterly OKRs, and translate them into daily tactics that unlock incremental revenue from automated channels.
- • Drive double-digit revenue growth by optimizing yield, floor pricing and advertiser controls. You will run daily diagnostics on log-level data, identify under-performing supply segments, and rapidly test new pricing rules, ad-server settings and SSP configurations to maximize fill-rate and eCPM without compromising user experience.
- • Build and nurture strategic relationships with top-tier SSPs, DSPs and data partners. You will negotiate commercial terms, co-develop new deal types (preferred deals, curated PMPs, audience extension packages) and ensure technical integrations are live, stable and scalable across Jiostar’s 750-million weekly viewer footprint.
- • Lead the go-to-market for programmatic adoption among SMB advertisers. You will design education playbooks, onboarding checklists and self-serve dashboards that demystify programmatic buying, reduce time-to-first-campaign to <48 hours and lift advertiser retention quarter-over-quarter.
- • Collaborate daily with direct sales, brand solutions, product and data science teams to align programmatic offerings with advertiser objectives. You will translate complex auction dynamics into simple business stories, secure inventory commitments, and ensure campaign delivery meets or exceeds KPIs across viewability, completion rate and ROAS.
- • Champion cross-platform innovation by piloting new formats such as shoppable CTV ads, interactive mobile overlays and first-party data segments. You will run controlled A/B tests, publish insights, and scale winning concepts into always-on products that differentiate Jiostar in a crowded market.
- • Serve as the internal authority on programmatic trends, privacy regulations (GDPR, India DPDP Act) and industry standards (ads.txt, sellers.json, OpenRTB 2.6). You will brief senior leadership monthly, update policy documentation, and ensure every workflow remains compliant and future-proof.
- • Build and mentor a high-performing programmatic squad. You will recruit analysts, set clear performance metrics, and foster a culture of experimentation, transparency and continuous learning that positions Jiostar as the destination for top programmatic talent in India.
