- ⢠As Lead Programme Planner at Capita Pensions Solutions, you will provide expert planning and scheduling support across complex programmes and portfolios, operating at programme and portfolio level to create robust, integrated plans that deliver clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, and dependencies for senior internal and external stakeholders.
- ⢠Day to day, you will develop, maintain, and assure programme and portfolio-level plans and schedules; collate, analyse, and challenge schedules at multiple levels to provide a consolidated āhelicopter viewā of delivery status; produce high-quality executive reporting; identify, capture, and track dependencies; facilitate planning workshops with senior stakeholders; coach colleagues in effective planning techniques; act as a subject-matter expert for MS Project; and contribute to defining, improving, and embedding planning and scheduling standards across Capita.
