- • Own the end-to-end delivery of customer equipment, facilities, and infrastructure projects across the GE Vernova XD product line, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while exceeding customer expectations and driving P&L accountability.
- • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, field services, and customer stakeholders) through the full project lifecycle—from contract award and detailed planning to installation, commissioning, and final acceptance—on small-to-medium-sized projects that may include equipment-only deliveries, integrated suites of products, or non-turnkey solutions.

- • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and supply-chain teams to influence product roadmaps, manufacturing strategies, and sourcing decisions that improve modularity, reduce lead times, and increase the competitiveness of the XD product line in a rapidly decarbonizing energy market.
- • Champion GE Vernova’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments by embedding sustainability metrics into project scorecards, selecting low-carbon logistics options, and ensuring that every installation contributes to the global mission of electrifying the world while reducing carbon emissions.
- • Exercise sound judgment and autonomy to modify procedures and practices when necessary, balancing speed, cost, and quality to deliver innovative solutions that address complex manufacturing processes, interdependent production cycles, and evolving customer requirements.
- • Act as a thought leader within the global Project Management Community of Practice, sharing success stories, contributing to knowledge repositories, and mentoring junior colleagues to elevate the overall maturity of project-management capabilities across GE Vernova.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related technical discipline (or equivalent advanced experience).

- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance starting day one.
- • Annual performance bonus tied to project delivery and customer-satisfaction metrics.
