• • Lead Python Engineer role at IT Labs supporting a major digital consulting client, combining technical leadership in Python and Azure with team mentorship to deliver scalable, secure cloud-native solutions that drive business value and innovation.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Python-based systems in Azure; collaborating with client stakeholders to gather and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions; mentoring and overseeing a team of engineers to uphold code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement; architecting and optimizing cloud-native applications using Azure Services such as App Services, Functions, and Storage; ensuring adherence to security, quality, and governance standards; troubleshooting critical technical issues with hands-on guidance; and staying current with emerging Python and Azure technologies to maintain competitive edge.
