📋 Description
- • As a Lead QA Engineer at Wisp, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of products that deliver sexual and reproductive healthcare to patients nationwide, directly impacting access to essential care.
- • You will own end-to-end quality across systems, modernize Python-based test suites with Playwright, maintain mobile test automation using Detox for React Native apps, manage CI/CD testing phases, and advocate for shift-left testing and accessibility compliance.
- • You will join a growing, fully-remote engineering team within the WELL Health family, collaborating closely with Full-Stack Engineers, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape testing strategy, modernize testing infrastructure, champion WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility, and build systems that improve patient outcomes while growing your expertise in test automation and quality engineering.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in software or test engineering with a strong focus on automated testing and quality practices
- • High proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Playwright for web and/or Detox for mobile test automation
- • Experience building and maintaining test infrastructure within CI/CD pipelines across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing levels
