Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the clinical quality mandate for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Brellium, the AI-powered platform already trusted by 250,000+ providers nationwide. You will be the founding BCBA within our new Quality function, setting the bar for how behavioral-health documentation, compliance, and clinical integrity are measured and improved at scale.
  • • Translate payer rules, BACB guidelines, and state Medicaid requirements into living QA playbooks that our AI models and customer teams use every day. Your standards will directly reduce the 1-in-20 diagnostic or compliance errors that currently harm patients and expose providers to financial risk.
  • • Act as the primary clinical liaison between Brellium and our ABA customers—ranging from single-site practices to multi-state organizations—guiding them through root-cause analysis, remediation plans, and sustainable workflow redesign. Expect to spend 30-40% of your time in live customer sessions (remote or on-site) presenting findings, coaching BCBAs and RBTs, and securing buy-in from executive leadership.
  • • Mine Brellium’s real-time data lake to uncover systemic documentation gaps, authorization vulnerabilities, and clinical drift across entire provider networks. You will package these insights into quarterly “Quality Insight Reports” that influence payer negotiations, accreditation readiness, and even state policy discussions.
  • • Partner elbow-to-elbow with product managers and ML engineers to ensure our AI recommendations reflect the latest payer bulletins, CPT code changes, and BACB ethics codes. Your clinical voice will shape roadmap priorities and model-training data, turning regulatory complexity into elegant, automated guidance.
  • • Design and deliver scalable training curricula—live webinars, asynchronous e-learning, and train-the-trainer toolkits—that lift customer QA pass rates above 95% within six months of deployment. You will also create certification pathways so high-performing customers can become Brellium “Quality Champions” and mentor newer adopters.
  • • Build the feedback loop between customer QA teams and Brellium engineering. When a new payer policy drops or an accreditation body revises standards, you will orchestrate sprint-level updates to our rule engine and publish clear release notes so customers never miss a beat.
  • • Champion a culture of continuous improvement inside Brellium. Run monthly “Clinical Quality Roundtables” where BCBAs, engineers, and customer success managers dissect edge cases, celebrate wins, and decide which new features deserve the next cycle of investment.
  • • Influence the broader behavioral-health ecosystem by co-authoring white papers, presenting at conferences (ABAI, APBA, BHCon), and sitting on payer advisory panels. Your thought leadership will position Brellium—and you—as the definitive voice on AI-driven ABA quality.
  • • Enjoy the autonomy of a founding role: define KPIs, choose tooling, and set the tone for how quality is operationalized as Brellium scales from Series A to Series B and beyond. You will report directly to the Head of Clinical Quality and have an immediate seat at the leadership table.
