- • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of institutional clients in the private credit space, building deep relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- • Lead Executive Business Reviews and joint business planning sessions to align PactFi’s product capabilities with each client’s evolving investment objectives.
- • Navigate high-pressure conversations—including escalations, renewal negotiations, and strategic presentations—with commercial rigor and credibility.
- • Own the full post-sale client lifecycle, driving product adoption, deepening engagement across PactFi’s suite of tools, and identifying expansion opportunities within your book of business.
- • Proactively monitor client performance and health metrics to anticipate risks and surface growth opportunities before they escalate.
- • Partner with clients to ensure full activation and maximum value extraction from the PactFi platform, optimizing efficiency and outcomes.
- • Use data, structured analysis, and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities, improve program management, and continuously optimize portfolio outcomes.
- • Build and maintain detailed account plans that reflect each client’s strategic priorities, key stakeholders, and near-term expansion opportunities, ensuring internal alignment on account health and trajectory.
- • Develop a prioritization framework for your client portfolio based on revenue potential, engagement depth, and expansion likelihood.
- • Collaborate with Account Executives to transition clients seamlessly from sales to post-sale ownership, ensuring continuity and trust.
- • Act as the internal advocate for client needs, coordinating with product, engineering, and support teams to address feedback and drive platform improvements.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of private credit market dynamics, institutional investor behavior, and operational workflows in alternative asset management.
- • Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of client engagement across your portfolio.
- • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership in ambiguous environments and thriving in a fast-moving startup context.
- • Ensure all client interactions adhere to PactFi’s bank-grade security standards and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance requirements.
- • Represent PactFi at industry events and client forums to strengthen brand credibility and expand network influence within the private credit ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, investment banking, consulting, or a related client-facing role within financial services — alternatives, private credit, asset management, or fintech serving institutional clients.
- • Proven track record managing senior-level relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, or other sophisticated financial counterparties.
- • Experience operating in a post-sale capacity, owning client outcomes after handoff from a sales or business development team.
- • Familiarity with private credit markets, alternative investments, or investment data and analytics platforms is a strong plus.
- • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to build trust quickly with senior investment professionals and handle difficult conversations with composure.
- • Analytical and data-driven approach to account management; use of performance data and structured frameworks to guide priorities and recommendations.
