📋 Description
- • Lead Revenue Operations, GTM at Henry Schein, Inc. owns the architecture, execution, and optimization of end-to-end go-to-market processes, acting as the business process authority across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end GTM process design from lead through close and expansion, defining rules of engagement, lead routing, SLAs, and cross-functional handoffs, supporting pipeline reviews, forecasting calls, QBRs, territory planning, and annual GTM planning, and partnering with BI/CRM teams (Salesforce, Domo) to translate business requirements into system workflows and reporting.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining leading indicators and deal health signals by stage, segment, and rep, establishing stage exit criteria, conversion benchmarks, and pipeline quality standards, partnering with Sales leadership on playbooks and interventions for deal risk and opportunity, analyzing win/loss, deal velocity, and pipeline trends to deliver actionable insights to leadership, redesigning support workflows to improve resolution time, scalability, and rep experience, defining escalation paths, SLAs, and performance metrics, and partnering cross-functionally to eliminate recurring issues at the source.
- • The role involves owning administration and adoption of sales engagement tools (Groove, Salesloft, or equivalent), revenue forecasting platforms (Clari or equivalent), dialer platforms, configuring workflows, governance, reporting, and performance analysis, evaluating, recommending, and onboarding new GTM tools, and ensuring clean integration and data integrity with Salesforce and BI systems.
