- • Lead the end-to-end security posture of i3D.net’s Microsoft environment, including Azure, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Intune, and Microsoft Defender, ensuring secure identity and access controls at scale.
- • Partner with the Workspace Management (WSM) team to govern employee access lifecycle processes — including starters, movers, and leavers — to prevent unauthorized access and reduce insider risk.
- • Own and drive vulnerability management across user endpoints and server infrastructure, prioritizing and coordinating patching efforts to remediate critical security findings promptly.
- • Investigate, respond to, and remediate escalated security alerts and incidents, leading cross-functional incident response efforts and ensuring timely resolution of breaches or policy violations.
- • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Security Operations Center (SOC), including implementing and tuning SIEM and SOAR tooling, creating detection use cases, and improving alert accuracy and response workflows.
- • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain adherence to ISO27001 and NIS2 frameworks, ensuring documentation, controls, and audit readiness are consistently upheld.
- • Serve as a security subject matter expert (SME) to internal teams, advising product and infrastructure departments on secure design practices and embedding security into their workflows and systems.
- • Stay current with evolving threat landscapes and proactively recommend defensive improvements to stay ahead of emerging risks and attack vectors.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation of security processes, policies, and incident responses to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- • Engage with external security partners such as CSIRT-DSP and manage communications with third-party security entities during incidents or coordinated disclosures.
- • Support the transition to a new Microsoft tenant by designing and implementing secure identity, access, and monitoring configurations from the ground up.
- • Drive continuous improvement in security tooling, automation, and detection capabilities to reduce manual effort and increase overall security effectiveness.
- • Act as a key liaison between security, IT, and business units to ensure security controls are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational needs.
- • Be available for on-call responsibilities during critical incidents, including outside regular business hours, to ensure rapid response to high-severity events.
- • Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization by communicating updates, conducting training, and ensuring security is visible and integrated into daily operations.
- • Contribute to the long-term evolution of i3D.net’s security program, helping build foundational capabilities that support future growth and scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience securing enterprise environments with ownership over identity, infrastructure, endpoints, cloud, and incident response.

- • Proven experience in SOC/Blue Team operations, including threat detection, incident investigation, and coordinated remediation.
- • Demonstrated leadership in vulnerability management programs, including prioritization and remediation across server and endpoint systems.
- • Experience implementing and improving SIEM and SOAR tooling, developing detection rules, and tuning alerts for higher fidelity.
- • Ability to influence technical teams, challenge existing practices, and shape security architecture and standards across the organization.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary with shift bonuses and an annual bonus.
- • 25 vacation days per year (excluding national holidays).
- • Travel allowance and premium-free pension.
- • Lifetime access to Ubisoft’s game library and two free games annually.
