• • This is a fully remote position, open to candidates residing anywhere in India.
• • As the Lead - SEO, you will be instrumental in propelling the company's organic growth across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven answer engines, such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute a strategic SEO and AEO/GEO roadmap that is tightly aligned with overarching business objectives. The focus will be on driving qualified traffic and generating measurable pipeline impact, moving beyond mere ranking improvements. This is a hands-on role that demands strategic ownership, requiring close collaboration with various cross-functional teams and providing mentorship to junior contributors.
• • Your role will involve:
• • Developing and implementing comprehensive SEO and AEO/GEO strategies that directly support company OKRs and business goals.
• • Crafting and executing organic growth plans tailored for both established search engines and advanced AI-driven answer platforms.
• • Identifying and prioritizing high-intent opportunities across the entire marketing funnel, from Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) to Bottom-of-Funnel (BOFU) engagement.
• • Actively contributing to positioning BrowserStack as a leading and trusted source for AI-generated answers and information.
• • Conducting in-depth keyword, topic, and entity research, meticulously mapping user intent to content creation.
• • Making strategic decisions regarding content development, including what content to create, the rationale behind it, and its projected business impact.
• • Collaborating closely with content writers to ensure that SEO best practices, user experience (UX), and clarity are integrated from the initial stages of content conception.
• • Applying strong UX principles to the structure, tone, layout, and overall usability of all content to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• • Ensuring that all content is optimized primarily for users, while simultaneously adhering to search engine and AI-friendly best practices.
• • Diligently tracking and analyzing SEO performance using key tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, and other relevant SEO diagnostic platforms.
• • Working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to champion and implement SEO initiatives across the organization.
• • Directly reporting on the business impact and ROI of SEO efforts to leadership, and proactively ideating new growth strategies.
• • Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior SEO or content team members, fostering their professional development.
