- • As a Lead Services Consultant at HubSpot, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospects and existing customers through the strategic implementation and ongoing service planning necessary for their success with HubSpot's powerful customer platform.
- • This role is critical as HubSpot continues its expansion into serving larger, more complex enterprise clients with advanced requirements and sophisticated technology stacks.
- • You will be the trusted advisor, recommending the optimal deployment strategies and service engagements to ensure customers achieve their business objectives and realize long-term value from HubSpot.
- • We are seeking highly motivated individuals with exceptional communication skills, a genuine passion for tackling complex challenges, robust business and technical acumen, and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of HubSpot's enterprise services team.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose customer needs by deeply understanding their business objectives and technical requirements, translating these into actionable implementation plans.
- • You will craft customized implementation strategies, recommending specific HubSpot services or accredited Solutions Partners that best align with each customer's unique situation and goals.
- • This involves collaborating closely with customers and/or partners to define necessary resources, establish clear project milestones, develop detailed project plans, and set realistic timelines for successful execution.
- • A key aspect of the role is presenting these strategic plans to the customer's executive leadership, effectively communicating the value and roadmap for their HubSpot journey.
- • You will influence customer purchase decisions by instilling confidence and urgency in the recommended solutions, ensuring they understand the clear path to success.
- • Contribute directly to the expansion and refinement of HubSpot's enterprise practice by fostering stronger alignment between Sales and Services teams, and by developing tailored implementation solutions that meet the evolving needs of enterprise customers.
- • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HubSpot's accredited Solutions Partners, acting as a key liaison to enhance the quality and effectiveness of recommendations provided to customers.
- • Provide constructive feedback to partners and the Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to contribute to partner development and improve the overall effectiveness of partner accreditations.
- • Offer expert advice and recommendations on HubSpot best practices, optimal business processes, comprehensive deployment planning, and effective change management strategies to both HubSpot prospects and existing customers.
- • Embrace a customer-first mindset, applying a consultative approach to problem-solving and ensuring every interaction is focused on delivering maximum customer value.
- • Leverage your deep expertise in implementing and onboarding complex SaaS software (such as CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise solutions) for large, intricate customer environments.
- • Guide customers through the process of driving organizational change, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of HubSpot into their existing workflows.
- • Drive value-based conversations with executive teams, articulating the strategic benefits and ROI of HubSpot solutions.
- • Utilize exceptional oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex ideas, present strategies, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- • Develop and maintain a high level of certainty and urgency with customers, ensuring they feel confident and motivated in their decision to partner with HubSpot.
- • Employ a strategic mindset to assist customers with their long-term planning, proactively identifying opportunities to recommend additional HubSpot products and services that will support their continued growth and success.
- • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess strong project management skills to ensure seamless execution of implementation plans.
- • Apply a strong technical aptitude, including a deep understanding of software integrations, APIs, and overall technical strategy, to effectively advise customers on complex deployments.
- • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience from pre-sales through ongoing engagement.
- • Continuously learn and stay updated on HubSpot's product roadmap, new features, and industry best practices to provide the most relevant and effective guidance.
- • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases, best practices, and training materials for the Services team, sharing insights and lessons learned from customer engagements.
