📋 Description
- • Lead Software Engineer role at Ravio Technologies Limited in London, driving technical leadership during a major platform shift from traditional SaaS to an agent-based architecture.
- • Own architecture and technical design across the customer-facing web app, agentic platform, and shared infrastructure, ensuring durability, consistency, and scalability under load and failure.
- • Join a fast-growing European leader in compensation data serving over 1,200 clients, backed by Series A funding from Spark Capital, expanding globally with a focus on innovation and engineering excellence.
- • Shape the foundations of Ravio’s agentic platform, work alongside world-class engineers, and contribute to a meaningful product that helps companies get compensation right, with opportunities to grow into management as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years commercial engineering experience with technical leadership during platform shifts, owning architecture and driving decisions
- • System design depth with expertise in durability and consistency under failure, multi-service orchestration, data platforms, performance and cost at scale, observability and ops fluency
- • Senior-level fluency in TypeScript and Node, comfortable across backend technologies including PostgreSQL, GraphQL or HTTP APIs, and GCP-shaped infrastructure
- • Comfortable owning code in a distributed monorepo with multiple deployable services
- • Ability to ship fast under product pressure, moving from product-market fit to scale
