📋 Description

• Lead Software Engineer, Frontend (Web) at Binance.US, responsible for leading the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js and modern front-end technologies.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading design and implementation of advanced front-end features, delivering end-to-end development of web features, building modular UI components, optimizing web performance, defining and monitoring front-end KPIs, instrumenting analytics, collaborating cross-functionally, mentoring junior developers, partnering with DevOps on CI/CD, and ensuring code quality, accessibility, security, and testing coverage.
• Part of the Engineering team at Binance.US, a licensed and regulated U.S. crypto platform providing secure access to over 190 cryptocurrencies with low fees, operating as a remote-first team bridging traditional finance and Web3 to promote financial freedom.
• Opportunity to lead technical excellence, influence front-end architecture, mentor engineers, drive performance and accessibility standards, and contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on innovation, integrity, and user empowerment in the Web3 space.
