- • Ship full-stack product features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and data layers, owning delivery from scope and design through launch, monitoring, and iterative improvement based on customer feedback.
- • Build AI-powered experiences using LLMs, embeddings, and related techniques to create real user value, ensuring features are observable, testable, and maintainable.
- • Partner closely with product and design teams to define product requirements, roadmap priorities, and success metrics for customer-facing workflows.
- • Solve ambiguous, technically challenging problems with pragmatic and scalable solutions that meet enterprise-scale performance, reliability, and quality standards.
- • Contribute to engineering culture through code review, tooling improvements, and process enhancements that elevate team velocity and code quality.
- • Work on core product workflows used daily by enterprise customers, spanning UI interactions to underlying backend services and data models.
- • Translate emerging AI capabilities into dependable, trustworthy product experiences with strong engineering practices around evaluation and iteration.
- • Operate with high ownership in a fast-moving environment, making architecture decisions and driving technical initiatives without layers of bureaucracy.
- • Optimize for speed, quality, and maintainability across the entire stack while balancing rapid iteration with long-term system health.
- • Collaborate across functions to shape product direction, ensuring technical decisions align with customer outcomes and business goals.
- • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, prioritizing adaptability over rigid toolchain expertise.
- • Contribute to improving system performance, reliability, and overall product quality at scale for enterprise SaaS users.
- • Engage in rapid shipping cycles with a bias for action, where strong ideas win and shipping is the default behavior of the team.
- • Take on increasing technical and product scope over time, including leading projects and influencing system architecture.
- • Build features that directly improve pipeline generation and day-to-day workflows of go-to-market teams at major enterprises.
- • Work in a high-talent-density team that values craft, performance, reliability, and user experience, raising the bar through collaboration and peer feedback.
- • Operate with the pace and ownership of a startup, backed by the resources and long-term runway of Salesforce following its acquisition of Qualified.

- • Proven experience shipping production full-stack web applications
