📋 Description

• Lead Software Engineer (.NET) role focused on delivering high-quality .NET solutions for a Big Four accounting firm client, driving technical excellence and mentorship within a global engineering team.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include requirements analysis, system design, .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core development, database work with Mongo and Azure SQL, performance tuning, code reviews, technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and regular client communication.
• Exadel is an AI-first global tech company with 25+ years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects serving Fortune 500 clients like HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks, partnering with enterprises to build next-generation digital solutions.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native .NET development, strengthen your technical leadership and mentoring abilities, gain experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries, and grow your impact through architectural decision-making and team guidance.
