- • Imprint Technologies Inc. is at the forefront of revolutionizing co-branded credit cards and financial products, transforming them into smarter, more rewarding, and genuinely brand-centric offerings. We collaborate with prominent companies such as Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Brooks Brothers to launch contemporary credit programs designed to enhance customer loyalty, unlock significant savings, and drive substantial business growth. Our sophisticated platform integrates advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting capabilities, and a seamless user experience, empowering brands to deliver powerful financial products without the complexities of becoming a bank.
- • The co-branded card market in the U.S. represents an impressive annual spend exceeding $300 billion. However, the majority of these programs are still reliant on outdated legacy banking systems. Imprint stands as the modern alternative—a flexible, technologically advanced solution meticulously crafted for today's discerning consumer. Bolstered by investment from leading venture capital firms including Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, and Khosla Ventures, we are assembling a world-class team dedicated to redefining the landscape of payments and brand growth. If you are driven by the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment, tackling complex challenges, and making a tangible impact, we enthusiastically invite you to join us.
- • As the Lead Solutions Engineer at Imprint, you will assume ownership of the critical technical relationship with our enterprise partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration, successful launch, and ongoing enhancement of our innovative payment solutions. This role is mission-critical, occupying a pivotal position at the nexus of major enterprise partner delivery and internal product strategy. It demands a unique blend of profound technical expertise and astute business acumen.
- • You will serve as the strategic technical advisor and partner to our large enterprise clients. This involves expertly managing intricate partner solutions that often span many months of development and implementation. A key aspect of your role will be translating complex partner requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions. You will be instrumental in driving standardized and repeatable launch processes, ensuring that Imprint's platform not only meets the specific needs of our partners but also aligns with Imprint’s overarching vision to be the premier solution for payments.
- • This position uniquely combines hands-on technical execution with the strategic development of robust systems. We are seeking an individual who can bring clarity and order to ambiguous situations, establishing scalable frameworks that ensure partner success as Imprint experiences rapid growth. Your ability to navigate complexity and build efficient processes will be paramount.
- • In your first 90 days, success will be defined by your ability to independently manage the technical discovery, solution design, and implementation phases for enterprise partner opportunities. You will aim to have at least one partner implementation successfully launched under your technical leadership. Furthermore, you will identify, prioritize, and initiate improvements for automating partner delivery processes, with at least one significant automation enhancement either shipped or actively in progress.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating closely with our Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to guarantee the success of major enterprise partners throughout their entire lifecycle, from the initial pre-sales engagement to the establishment of long-term strategic partnerships. You will drive the technical discovery and solutioning process during the pre-sales phase, meticulously understanding partner needs and constraints, mapping Imprint's extensive capabilities to these requirements, and acting as a subject matter expert in payments and card programs to architect best-in-class solutions. You will provide essential technical guidance, architectural insights, and a clear implementation approach.
- • Post-sales, you will own the technical implementation and partner delivery, leading integration planning and execution, adeptly troubleshooting technical issues to unblock launches, and cultivating robust relationships with partner technical teams. Proactive communication with partners will be key to identifying emerging opportunities and mitigating potential risks. You will also partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to significantly influence the product roadmap, helping to define new products and improvements that address genuine partner and consumer challenges, and ensuring that new product features align with partner expectations.
- • A critical component of your role will be to automate and standardize partner delivery processes by enhancing tooling, refining documentation, and developing repeatable integration patterns. You will contribute to the operational stability of launches by implementing flexible yet standardized frameworks. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving technical documentation and creating comprehensive partner-facing implementation guides to facilitate smoother onboarding and integration experiences for all clients.
- • This role is ideal for a proactive, technically adept individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building scalable solutions in the FinTech space. Your contributions will directly impact Imprint's ability to onboard and support its growing portfolio of enterprise partners, solidifying our position as a leader in modern financial products.
