• • The Programming Strategist II at BetMGM plays a critical role in shaping how customers experience and engage with betting content across the app, driving strategic efforts to optimize touchpoints, reduce friction, and enhance user interaction through data-led planning, testing, and display improvements.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading seasonal and daily planning with minimal oversight, executing and analyzing A/B tests, managing content calendars, collaborating with Programming and Enablement teams to ensure operational viability, structuring display improvements based on customer feedback, and working closely with BI to derive insights and support data self-service.
• • BetMGM is a joint venture between MGM Resorts International and Entain Group, revolutionizing sports betting and online gaming in the U.S. and Canada with over 1,400 employees.
