ďż˝ Description
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of Orca Bio’s digital cell-therapy ordering and coordination platform, acting as the single business owner from whiteboard concept through commercial launch and post-launch optimization. You will translate complex clinical, regulatory, and supply-chain workflows into intuitive digital experiences that enable hospital partners to order Orca-T in minutes instead of days.
- • Drive every phase of the product lifecycle: requirements gathering with commercial, medical, logistics, and manufacturing teams; authoring user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritizing features with engineering; managing sprint planning, UAT, and release schedules; and coordinating go-live training for internal and external users.
- • Build and maintain a living roadmap that balances near-term launch readiness with long-term scalability, ensuring the platform can support 10× volume growth and additional product lines without re-architecture.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating regulatory constraints (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP data integrity, HIPAA) into system requirements while keeping the user experience elegant and friction-free.
- • Manage the project budget, vendor contracts, and resource allocations, tracking burn against milestones and proactively escalating risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- • After platform stabilization, pivot to a portfolio of strategic operations initiatives that prepare Product Supply for commercial scale. Examples include: designing a real-time capacity-planning dashboard that integrates manufacturing, logistics, and hospital slot-booking data; leading a cross-functional task force to optimize apheresis network capacity across the U.S.; and implementing a predictive analytics model that flags potential supply disruptions two weeks in advance.
- • Conduct deep-dive analyses—market sizing, cost-to-serve models, scenario planning—that inform C-suite investment decisions and infrastructure build-outs. Present findings in crisp, data-driven narratives that influence without authority.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by instituting OKRs, post-mortems, and feedback loops that turn lessons learned into repeatable playbooks.
- • Develop and maintain user-facing documentation, e-learning modules, and quick-start guides that reduce onboarding time for new hospital partners from weeks to days.
- • Thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven startup where priorities can shift overnight. You will wear multiple hats—project manager, strategist, business analyst, change-management lead—and relish the ambiguity that comes with building something the world has never seen.
