  • • Architect and own the end-to-end supply-side monetization engine for JioStar, unifying inventory from broadcast, OTT, FAST, and digital publishing into a single, high-yield programmatic marketplace that serves 750 million weekly viewers.
  • • Design and execute a 12-18 month roadmap that doubles programmatic revenue share by scaling open-auction, PMP, PG, and programmatic-guaranteed deal types across display, video, CTV, and audio formats.
  • • Build and nurture a portfolio of 30+ strategic SSP, DSP, and exchange partnerships—negotiating rev-share, data, and inventory-access terms that unlock incremental demand while protecting premium yield and brand safety.
  • • Spearhead technical integrations with supply-side platforms, ensuring low-latency RTB, ads.txt/app-ads.txt compliance, and support for emerging standards such as sellers.json, SupplyChain Object, and OpenRTB 2.6.
  • • Own the P&L for indirect revenue; forecast, track, and optimize yield KPIs (fill-rate, eCPM, take-rate, win-rate) through dynamic floor pricing, traffic shaping, and A/B testing of auction mechanics.
  • • Launch a self-serve distribution portal that gives mid-market and SMB buyers friction-free access to curated inventory slices, complete with real-time availability, audience forecasting, and transparent reporting.
  • • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to prioritize the SSP connector roadmap, ad-server enhancements, and identity-resolution features (UID2, RampID, first-party graphs) that future-proof revenue in a cookieless world.
  • • Serve as the internal evangelist for programmatic best practices—training sales, ad-ops, and finance teams on deal structures, auction dynamics, and revenue recognition standards.
  • • Provide quarterly market intelligence to the C-suite on emerging AdTech trends (CTV consolidation, retail-media networks, made-for-advertising sites) and their impact on JioStar’s monetization strategy.
  • • Lead a cross-functional squad of ad-ops, data science, and yield analysts; set OKRs, mentor talent, and foster a culture of experimentation, transparency, and continuous optimization.
  • • Ensure full compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, India DPDP Act) and industry initiatives (IAB TCF, ads.cert) across all programmatic pipes.
  • • Represent JioStar at industry forums, publisher councils, and technical working groups to strengthen brand equity and influence future standards.
