- • As a Lead Talent Development Specialist at Bloomreach Inc., you will serve as a senior individual contributor in the People team, acting as the primary owner for key Talent Development initiatives. You will set strategic direction and drive high-impact programs and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of continuous growth and engagement across the organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, owning, and continuously improving global Talent Development programs in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Career Development, and Culture & Engagement; owning complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end by defining goals, success measures, implementation plans, communication strategies, and iteration cycles; influencing and partnering with HRBPs, People leaders, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and embed initiatives into daily workflows; using quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate program effectiveness, communicate impact, and inform prioritization decisions; acting as a player-coach for the Talent Development team by sharing best practices, coordinating efforts on projects, and modeling high standards in execution and collaboration; and managing key vendors and tools to ensure they deliver value and are effectively utilized across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in Talent/People Development, with deep expertise in areas such as Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Career Development, and/or Culture & Engagement.
- • Proven track record designing, implementing, and iterating company-wide or department-scale programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, communicate clearly, and influence senior stakeholders.
- • Analytical and data-savvy mindset, capable of defining success metrics, interpreting data, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- • Deep functional expertise in Talent Development and a working knowledge of the broader People domain.
- • Comfortable operating in a global, ambiguous environment with high ownership, structured thinking, and clear communication.
