- • As Senior Director of Change Enablement Practice at Egen Solutions Inc., you will build and lead a new consulting practice focused on helping clients navigate enterprise-wide transformation driven by Generative AI, shaping how organizations activate and scale change management for deep alignment and strategic impact.
- • Day to day, you will develop a world-class delivery playbook, manage and grow a high-performing team, allocate resources to high-impact client projects, and drive the strategic vision for change enablement services that go beyond adoption to foster tangible business outcomes.

- • Proven experience building and leading consulting practices, particularly in change management, organizational transformation, or related advisory services.
- • Deep expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks, with a strong understanding of how to activate and scale organizational change in complex enterprise environments.
- • Demonstrated success in developing delivery playbooks, managing consulting teams, and driving high-impact client projects that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to shape vision, identify market opportunities, and lead innovation in emerging areas like Generative AI-driven transformation.
- • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, fostering team growth, and aligning people, processes, and technology toward common goals.
