📋 Description
- • As a Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition Team at Directive Consulting LLC, you will help build deep talent pipelines and identify top candidates, particularly for Digital Marketing teams in Paid Media, SEO, Demand Generation, and Programmatic, playing a key role in sourcing exceptional performance marketing talent.
- • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit, and maintain strong communication with hiring managers on pipeline health and market trends.
- • You will partner with Directive Consulting, a leading B2B marketing agency with over a decade of expertise and 420+ brands served, operating across Performance, Communications, and Commerce divisions using the DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology to align brand and demand.
- • You will foster inclusive hiring practices, build talent pipelines from diverse sources, manage 7–10 requisitions simultaneously, meet time-to-fill goals under 30 days, and contribute to a People First culture that values collaboration, innovation, and measurable impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, ideally with performance marketing agency experience
- • Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops, or related digital marketing roles
- • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, with experience in Ashby and/or Juicebox considered a plus
- • Ability to create unrivaled sourcing plans using Boolean searches, sourcing databases, networking, referrals, and market research
- • Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK, and US markets
- • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
