- • Lead Tech Leadership Professional responsible for guiding architectural direction, establishing technology standards, and driving strategic initiatives at Humana Inc.
- • Provide guidance on complex technical questions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
- • Work with design, engineering, and test teams to drive products from design completion to volume production release, performing engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.
- • Oversee implementation of technology strategies, mentor IT teams, ensure adherence to compliance and governance frameworks, and support product evaluation and qualification on leading-edge technology components.
- • Contribute to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences through healthcare services and insurance solutions that serve millions of people.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- • Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
- • Experience with unit testing and mocking
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
- • Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements, and trend reports
- • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
