- • Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning product launches, platform modernization, operational tooling, and strategic infrastructure initiatives.
- • Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to define roadmaps, sequence priorities, and make thoughtful trade-offs across features, scalability, and technical investments.
- • Coordinate execution across multiple engineering squads and partner teams, ensuring dependencies, ownership, and delivery milestones stay aligned.
- • Drive large-scale transformation initiatives involving process redesign, automation, system migrations, and third-party integrations.
- • Collaborate with teams across Security, Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Analytics, and Operations to deliver resilient, scalable solutions.
- • Manage delivery with external vendors and financial partners, proactively identifying risks and ensuring programs stay on track.
- • Improve how work gets done by strengthening Agile delivery practices, CI/CD processes, governance frameworks, and program reporting.
- • Provide clear, actionable communication to senior leadership on program health, risks, trade-offs, and execution progress.
- • Mentor TPMs and cross-functional partners, helping elevate delivery discipline and operational maturity across the organization.
- • This role directly influences how quickly and effectively Dave can bring new capabilities to market while scaling responsibly.
- • Your work will help improve the reliability, speed, and efficiency of the systems that power member experiences across our products.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- • 8–12+ years of experience, including significant experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in agile, high-growth environments.
- • Proven track record bringing products or platforms from concept through launch in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
