- • Lead Trainer responsible for delivering and upholding the highest standards of operational training for BRINC’s sUAS platforms and DFR (Drone as First Responder) ecosystem, serving as the primary trainer for an assigned U.S. region and ensuring training excellence across regional contract trainers.
- • Day-to-day duties include delivering high-quality instruction to public safety agencies, maintaining expert-level knowledge of BRINC hardware and software, overseeing and certifying regional contract trainers, developing training documentation, ensuring CRM data accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing feedback to product and engineering, supporting training logistics, and traveling up to 50% to customer locations and corporate offices.
- • BRINC is redefining public safety with an innovative ecosystem of life-saving tools, including drones and 911 response networks used by over 600 public safety agencies across America, backed by over $150M in funding from investors like Index Ventures and Motorola Solutions, with a mission to support first responders in saving lives.
- • The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in DFR workflows and public safety integration, lead training initiatives at scale, influence product development through field feedback, and grow as a subject matter expert in sUAS operations while contributing to life-saving technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.
- • Demonstrated experience training public safety personnel, preferably in sUAS, tactical, or specialized technology/equipment environments.
- • Public safety background (law enforcement, fire/EMS, emergency management, or similar).
- • Strong understanding of DFR operational concepts, UAS regulations, and real-world public safety deployment considerations.
- • High competency in CRM platforms, data accuracy, and documentation workflows.
- • Excellent communication skills, including instructional presentation, hands-on demonstration, and scenario-based coaching.
