• • Own the visual language of ION Group’s next-generation B2B platforms. As Lead Visual Designer you will set the gold standard for pixel-perfect interfaces that turn intricate financial data into intuitive, elegant experiences for professional users across the globe.
• • Translate complex product requirements into cohesive visual systems. You will craft every icon, color token, and typographic scale to ensure clarity, hierarchy, and brand consistency across dozens of modules and hundreds of screens.
• • Elevate the craft bar for the entire division. Through hands-on design, rigorous critique sessions, and reusable Figma libraries, you will raise the finish and polish of every deliverable that leaves the team.
• • Partner with UX Architects to envision the future experience. Early in discovery you will storyboard concepts, run visual sprints, and prototype high-fidelity mock-ups that help stakeholders see—and feel—the strategic direction before a single line of code is written.
• • Embed visual design into agile product squads. You will sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers during daily stand-ups, ensuring that aesthetics, accessibility, and feasibility are balanced from day one.
• • Evolve and govern the Design System. You will extend existing foundations, codify new patterns, and document usage guidelines so that every product team can ship faster without compromising quality or coherence.
• • Champion accessibility and inclusive design. You will audit contrast ratios, keyboard flows, and screen-reader labels, turning WCAG 2.2 compliance into a competitive advantage rather than a checklist item.
• • Communicate design rationale with confidence. Whether in executive steering committees or sprint reviews, you will present the “why” behind every decision—backed by user data, brand principles, and measurable business outcomes.
• • Deliver bullet-proof specs to developers. You will annotate redlines, export optimized assets, and conduct design QA to guarantee that the final build matches your vision down to the last pixel and micro-interaction.
• • Stay ahead of UI trends and tooling. You will run internal guilds, share best-in-class references, and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., variable fonts, AI-assisted layout) to keep the team’s work fresh and future-proof.
• • Foster a culture of creativity and psychological safety. Through inclusive rituals, constructive feedback, and mentorship, you will help the new UX team become the most sought-after destination for world-class designers in Milan, Pisa, or anywhere in Italy.
