- • The Leadership Development Partner is a hands-on, end-to-end practitioner responsible for designing, developing, managing, and facilitating leadership development programs and learning experiences that support the growth of people leaders across the enterprise. This role combines instructional design, content development, project management, and facilitation expertise to deliver high-impact, scalable learning solutions tailored to leadership roles. The Leadership Development Partner will support our enterprise mission to develop the next generation of Arch leaders.
- • Day to day, the person will design and develop end-to-end leadership development programs (e.g., workshops, learning paths, blended learning journeys), create engaging content such as facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning modules, toolkits, and job aids, manage program timelines, logistics, communications, and stakeholder alignment for multiple initiatives, coordinate with external vendors, coaches, and consultants, expertly facilitate leadership development programs for leaders across the organization virtually and in-person, and define program goals and success metrics aligned to business outcomes while evaluating and adapting programs based on key insights.
- • The team is part of Arch Investments Group Ltd, a company with a culture rooted in collaboration, expertise, and innovation, aiming to promote progress and inspire clients, employees, investors, and communities to achieve their greatest potential. The role supports the enterprise mission to develop the next generation of Arch leaders, with two positions available—one near North Carolina offices (Greensboro or Raleigh) and one near NYC/Jersey City offices, requiring up to 20% travel for facilitation, consultation, and meetings, with the rest of the time remote.
- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve mastery in designing scalable leadership interventions, gain deep expertise in facilitating senior leadership programs, develop strong executive presence and influence without authority, build proficiency in measuring learning impact tied to business outcomes, and grow as a trusted advisor in leadership development within a dynamic, matrixed corporate environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, with at least 3 years focused on leadership or executive development
- • Proven experience managing the full cycle of learning program development in dynamic, matrixed corporate environments
- • Skilled in designing learning programs using a range of modalities: live instructor-led, eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning
- • Demonstrated experience facilitating leadership learning programs and discussing leadership challenges with senior audiences
- • Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory principles
