đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Learning and Development Trainer at Billups LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving employee growth and organizational excellence by delivering impactful training programs that enhance performance across global teams. Your work will directly contribute to building a skilled, engaged workforce capable of supporting Billups’ mission to innovate in the Out-of-Home media space through technology, data, and people-first values.
  • • You will facilitate live training sessions for new hire onboarding, systems training, and ongoing professional development, ensuring content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with business goals—both in synchronous (virtual/in-person) and asynchronous formats—while partnering with the Global L&D Director and department leaders to tailor learning to evolving needs.
  • • You will design and update training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, handouts, and e-learning modules, using adult learning principles to improve knowledge retention and application, and run pilot sessions or focus groups to gather feedback and refine content before full rollout.
  • • You will assist in developing feedback mechanisms and training measurement criteria—such as post-training surveys, knowledge assessments, and performance metrics—to evaluate effectiveness and demonstrate ROI, enabling data-driven improvements to L&D initiatives.
  • • You will coordinate ongoing learning events, including workshops, webinars, and peer-learning sessions, managing logistics, scheduling, and communication to maximize participation and engagement across time zones and departments.
  • • You will collaborate with Client Services, Operations, and other teams to identify skill gaps and support L&D initiatives that directly impact client-facing performance, drawing on your 1+ year of experience supporting L&D in Client Services or equivalent external experience.
  • • You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning by championing L&D as a strategic enabler of growth, helping employees build capabilities that support both personal career progression and organizational success in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
  • • You will join a global team of 400+ professionals across 20+ countries, working within a fiercely independent, technology-driven company that values smart ideas backed by data, trust, and bold thinking—where your contributions are recognized and your development is actively supported.
  • • You will gain hands-on experience in instructional design, facilitation, training evaluation, and L&D program management within a real-world, scaling tech-enabled media company, building transferable skills that prepare you for advanced roles in learning and development, HR, or organizational effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development, training, facilitation, or a related role, with preference for experience in US Client Services or equivalent external experience supporting L&D initiatives.
  • • 1+ years of experience supporting L&D initiatives that impact Client Services professionals, including designing, delivering, or evaluating training for client-facing teams.
  • • Strong preference for prior experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) Media or Client Services industries, though not required.
  • • Proven ability to facilitate engaging live training sessions (virtual and in-person) for diverse audiences, using interactive techniques to maintain attention and drive learning outcomes.
  • • Experience creating or updating training content and materials (slides, guides, handouts, e-learning) using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • • Familiarity with training measurement and evaluation methods, including feedback collection, assessments, and metrics to assess learning impact and program effectiveness.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive total rewards package including health and well-being benefits (where applicable), tailored to local market practices in India.
  • • Annual performance-based bonus opportunities tied to individual and company performance.
  • • Paid time off and holidays aligned with local Indian labor standards and market norms.
  • • Access to learning and development opportunities, including internal training, skill-building programs, and support for professional growth.
