• • The Learning Consultant role at Think Academy US is a full-time remote position focused on providing expert guidance and personalized support to parents of elementary and middle school students, ensuring their educational needs are met through effective course recommendations and enrollment support. This role is critical to driving student success and company growth by connecting families with the right learning programs in a competitive Ed-Tech landscape.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in product training, addressing client inquiries via phone, email, and social media, engaging potential clients to introduce course offerings, building relationships with parents by understanding student needs, developing and executing plans to meet enrollment targets, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
