📋 Description

• The Learning Consultant at PTC designs, implements, and evaluates training strategies to enhance employee performance and educational experiences, focusing on human-centered, digital-first learning solutions that bridge skill gaps and strengthen organizational capability.
• Day to day, the role involves consulting with stakeholders to assess learning needs, creating engaging training materials (e-learning, workshops, blended learning), facilitating sessions in-person or virtually, conducting train-the-trainer programs, measuring training effectiveness through analytics and feedback, and maintaining learning management systems and content.
• PTC is a global leader in software that connects the physical and digital worlds, empowering companies to improve operations and innovation; with nearly 7,000 employees worldwide, the company prioritizes employee growth, inclusion, and the realization of ideas through a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
• In this role, the person can deepen expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning technologies; gain experience in strategic L&D consulting; develop stakeholder management and facilitation skills; and contribute to measurable improvements in workforce capability and organizational performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development (L&D) roles.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and ability to blend technology with traditional teaching methods.
