- • The Learning Consultant at PTC designs, implements, and evaluates training strategies to enhance employee performance and educational experiences, focusing on human-centered, digital-first learning solutions that bridge skill gaps and strengthen organizational capability.
- • Day to day, the role involves consulting with stakeholders to assess learning needs, creating engaging training materials (e-learning, workshops, blended learning), facilitating sessions in-person or virtually, conducting train-the-trainer programs, measuring training effectiveness through analytics and feedback, and maintaining learning management systems and content.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- • 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development (L&D) roles.
- • Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and ability to blend technology with traditional teaching methods.
