📋 Description

• Adyen is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Learning Experience Program Manager to join its Support Learning and Development team. This pivotal role is dedicated to the 'Development' phase of the ADDIE model, focusing on transforming high-level module outlines into engaging, high-quality learning experiences. You will be instrumental in the end-to-end creation of learning assets, ensuring their seamless integration into our sophisticated authoring tools and platforms. Beyond the direct creation of content, you will be responsible for upholding and advancing the standards for learning methodologies, tooling, and innovation, thereby ensuring our global learning products consistently meet world-class benchmarks. This position uniquely blends deep instructional design expertise, accounting for approximately 70% of the role's focus, with operational program management responsibilities, comprising the remaining 30%, to guarantee efficiency, quality assurance, and scalability across our extensive global learning portfolio.
• In this role, you will execute the critical 'Development' phase of the ADDIE process, taking conceptual module outlines and meticulously transforming them into interactive, impactful learning assets, comprehensive products, and immersive experiences. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve building and configuring sophisticated learning solutions within industry-leading authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, and across various other digital mediums, ensuring the highest standards of delivery and user engagement. You will be tasked with thoughtfully selecting and applying the most appropriate mediums and instructional methodologies to craft learning assets that are not only effective but also deeply learner-centric, fostering optimal understanding and retention. Furthermore, you will actively incorporate cutting-edge, innovative design trends and compelling multimedia elements to significantly enhance learner engagement and maximize knowledge retention, ensuring our training is both modern and impactful.
• Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing and rigorously maintaining the established guidelines, standardized templates, and stringent quality assurance (QA) standards for all learning content design, ensuring consistency and excellence across the board. You will manage the intricate operational workflow of the entire learning design process, meticulously ensuring that all projects are delivered punctilically and precisely meet all defined business requirements and objectives. A key aspect of your role will be to drive innovation within our learning tooling and technologies, proactively identifying and evaluating new opportunities and methods to continuously improve and optimize the content creation process. This includes staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in the L&D space. You will also cultivate and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization, effectively translating complex, technical information into clear, concise, and easily digestible learning content that resonates with our diverse workforce.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design, with a specific emphasis on the development and execution phases of content creation.
• Advanced proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360 (including Rise and Storyline), and demonstrated experience leveraging AI capabilities for Learning Design.
• Proven experience applying the ADDIE model and adult learning theories to construct effective, agile, and scalable learning solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple content development workstreams concurrently and maintain version control across global teams.
