- • As a Product Manager for Driver Experience at Lyft, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how drivers interact with the platform, directly impacting service quality, fairness, and driver satisfaction in a two-sided marketplace.
- • Day to day, you will deeply understand driver and business needs, set product vision and success metrics, build and execute product roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers, and communicate priorities across stakeholders from partner teams to executive leadership.
- • You will join Lyft’s Driver team, dedicated to empowering drivers to perform their best by reducing friction and creating intuitive, supportive experiences that reflect Lyft’s commitment to quality, transparency, and connection.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic product leadership skills, gain end-to-end ownership of complex consumer-facing products, and grow your ability to influence cross-functional decision-making in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
