📋 Description

• As a Technical Program Manager at Able, you will drive the execution of AI and software programs across engineering, product, and partner teams, ensuring timely delivery by owning timelines, dependencies, and communication for one or more programs.
• Day to day, you will drive program execution through planning and launch, own schedules and cross-functional alignment, coordinate work across backend, frontend, ML/AI, and data workstreams, track risks and dependencies, communicate program status to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support partner communication alongside senior TPMs.
• Able is an AI-native organization evolving from an engineering and product hub for early-stage startups, now focused on delivering software fast and effectively through applied AI across a portfolio of industries including media, finance, healthcare, and toys, with a commitment to inclusion, diversity, and team growth through AI training and experimentation.
• In this role, you will grow your technical depth in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, progressively take on more program ownership, improve delivery processes and documentation, and learn to balance business goals with technical execution while working alongside ambitious engineers and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Technical Program Management, project coordination, or a related cross-functional role on software teams
• Able to engage in technical discussions, read architecture diagrams and tickets, ask clarifying questions, and identify execution risks
• Working familiarity with modern software development: APIs, cloud basics, version control, CI/CD, and Agile delivery
• Strong English verbal and written communication
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and modern collaboration tools
• Solid risk and dependency tracking; able to surface issues early and clearly
