- • Design, develop, and publish responsive, interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, and Evolve to support global employee training programs in leadership, onboarding, and emerging capabilities.
- • Translate instructional needs and Subject Matter Expert (SME) content into visually compelling storyboards and interactive learning modules aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.
- • Serve as the primary visual design expert for the People Development team, creating high-quality, on-brand graphics, slide decks, and visual aids using Canva and PowerPoint.
- • Produce and edit multimedia content including simple video, audio, and animations to enhance engagement and effectiveness of digital learning assets.
- • Pioneer the use of Generative AI tools (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia, WellSaid Labs) to accelerate content creation, localize learning materials, and personalize training experiences for global audiences.
- • Collaborate with regional People Development colleagues to localize and deploy e-learning content via the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring consistency and cultural relevance.
- • Partner with SMEs and internal stakeholders to gather accurate technical and functional content, validate learning objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- • Manage the content governance process, including version control, content updates, and lifecycle management of all digital learning assets.
- • Build and maintain comprehensive core skills content covering communication, productivity, and professional development for all employees.
- • Ensure all final learning products meet high standards of visual polish, functionality, and brand representation across all formats and platforms.
- • Support the development of training content for emerging capabilities, including AI literacy and digital fluency, in partnership with the People Development Partner team.
- • Stay current with trends in e-learning technology, instructional design, and AI-driven content creation to continuously improve learning outcomes and efficiency.
- • Maintain a portfolio of completed e-learning projects demonstrating expertise in creating scalable, engaging, and outcome-focused digital learning experiences.
- • Work remotely up to 60% of the time with flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM to support individual work-style preferences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a Learning Designer, E-learning Developer, or Instructional Design role
- • Proficiency in at least one rapid e-learning authoring tool (Articulate Rise 360 preferred)
- • Strong visual design skills with proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, or similar graphic design tools
- • Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
- • E-learning development portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high-quality, interactive modules
- • Experience or strong interest in using AI-powered tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, Jasper AI) for content creation
